1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookAI Studio's services, including our AI automation platform, OAuth2 authentication services, and related applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. OAuth2 Authentication Services

BookAI Studio provides OAuth2 authentication and authorization services to enable secure access to third-party applications and services. By using our OAuth2 services, you acknowledge:

• You authorize BookAI Studio to act on your behalf when accessing connected services
• You are responsible for managing and revoking access permissions as needed
• You understand the scope of permissions granted to each connected application
• You will not attempt to circumvent or interfere with our authentication mechanisms

3. Service Description

BookAI Studio provides enterprise AI automation services including but not limited to:

• AI-powered workflow automation and orchestration
• Content management and generation systems
• Social media management and automation
• Email marketing and customer relationship management
• OAuth2 authentication and API integration services
• Custom AI model deployment and management

4. User Responsibilities and Authorization

When using our OAuth2 services and platform integrations, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to grant the requested permissions
• You will provide accurate and complete information during authentication
• You will maintain the security of your account credentials
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• You will comply with all applicable laws and third-party service terms

5. Data Access and Usage

Through OAuth2 authentication, you may grant BookAI Studio access to your data from various third-party services. We will:

• Only access data necessary for the specific services you've requested
• Use your data solely to provide and improve our automation services
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect your data
• Not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties
• Allow you to revoke access permissions at any time

6. Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable services, you acknowledge that:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• Third-party service limitations may affect our platform's functionality
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Usage limits may apply to certain services or subscription tiers

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with our services or other users' access

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to our services will be immediately suspended
• All OAuth2 authorizations will be revoked
• We will cease accessing your third-party service data
• You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Content Automation Service Terms

Posting Authorization & Permissions

By connecting your social media accounts, you grant us permission to post content on your behalf according to your approval settings. You can revoke posting permissions at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. All scheduled posts will be cancelled immediately upon revocation.

Content Ownership & Licensing

You retain full ownership of all original content, brand assets, and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to use these materials solely for creating and posting content during your active subscription. This license terminates when you cancel service or request content removal.

Content Review & Approval Process

All content requires your approval before posting unless you explicitly enable auto-posting mode. You have 24 hours to review and request revisions on submitted content. After approval or the revision window expires, content will be scheduled for posting as specified in your campaign settings.

11. Service Archival & Cancellation

Data Retention & Archive

We maintain an archive of your posted content and campaign data for 90 days after service cancellation to facilitate smooth transitions. After this period, all content and data will be permanently deleted unless you request an export. You can download your complete content archive anytime during active subscription.

Cancellation & Data Export

You may cancel service at any time with 30 days notice. Upon cancellation, you'll receive a complete export of your content archive, analytics data, and campaign settings within 5 business days. All scheduled posts will be cancelled and posting permissions revoked immediately upon confirmed cancellation request.
